A little about the site: We
will be gathering in an oak scrub ecosystem (dominated with oak trees). The site is dry (no water) their
is a stream about half mile off (prepare for water harvest). Other things to note poison oak does exist
in this ecosystem and is numerous along the trail up and in the woods near the site. The primary camping
area is poison oak free. This site is very beautiful with flowers in bloom and fantastic views.
Walking around bare foot is ok.
